DESCRIPTION
SikaCeram®-88 Tile Adhesive KH is a prepacked cementitious tile adhesive. The product is ideal for installing ceramic tiles, homogeneous tiles. SikaCeram®-
88 Tile Adhesive KH can be used as thin bed or thick
bed adhesive for floor and wall tiling works and is suitable for internal.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Mixing ratio Approx 4.5 – 5 L of clean water per 20 kg bag

Consumption Consumption is always dependent on the substrate surface profile and
roughness, the size of the tiles and the joints between them, as well as on
the application technique (single adhesive layer on the substrate, or with
an additional ‘buttering’ layer on the back of the tiles as recommended for
tiles larger than 30 x 30 cm).
Coverage: ~5.6 – 6.4m² per 20 kg bag (based on 2 mm mortar thickness).
Substrate temperature Minimum 8°C
Maximum 40°C
Pot Life ~60 minutes (at 27°C/ 65% r.H).
Adjustability time ~20 minutes.
Curing time ▪ For wall – after 7 to 8 hours (depending on temparature).
▪ For floor – after 24 hours.
▪ Open to full traffic – after 14 days.
